L.e.d.go.th legal execution depth thailand

Hi,

Was hoping the thai language category could give this website a once over or maybe someone has knowledge already?

I do not believe it is functional in english although it has an english button.

Long story short. This is a website featuring foreclosed properties but I am a bit wary of it at present as my partner seems to believe that some properties have a cost price and also an outstanding debt attached to the property.

So the house may be valued at 1 million but in a separate column it shows another figure which is the debt O/S on property. Some houses do not have any debt and seem pretty good deals. Surely if previous occupant took the debt and used chanote as security then the debt is that of previous owner not the land it was secured against? Can anyone verify this data using the site mentioned.

All help appreciated.

I Googled the site, services offered, chose house and land sales, where one is required to ask about a particular case by entering the case number, name of the owner, and other details. If you know these and have better Thai than me then I 'guess' that the site would be very useful but it looks as though it might be a job for lawyer.
