Officially I don't know, I would suspect it's local based on where the bottles say they are made and posts saying a location for a brewery in Thailand.

O'Garra's in Tara Court and The Camel in Ban Chang have San Mig Light draft.

 

The Camel also has the dark stuff.

 

Surprisingly Robin Hood Tavern at The Avenue, doesn't??
