And what do I do when I fight back? If I win her friends will kill me. I would to win and escape. If I could escape I would go now. I need to endure until my boyfriend arrives, he will get me out.

I guess I dont know your situation. But, what is your situation. Are you locked up? Chained to a bed?

If you can contact us, then surely you can contact your embassy as previously suggested.

Good luck,  and I mean that sincerely.

I am sorry. I have answered too many questions. The only question I wanted an answer to was the first one I asked. I knew this would happen. People would judge me. Sorry.

Back to your question: What is the law about male rape in Thailand?

It's only illegal if it hurts.

Now you've got to man up, quit alcohol and drugs. Then your out-of-control spending will decrease.

Don't believe the katoey's and the Jew's blackmail and threats to you. Go to the police, report the rape and that your passport + bank card were stolen by them.

Also inform the German embassy. Ask them for help.

True but perhaps a tad simplistic.

I wonder if SchadeBoy would even be fit to travel?

This whole story is bullsh@t ... this guy is just having a laugh at all posters expense ... he's been kidnapped by an English-Israeli German hater and his ladyboy boyfriend (who routinely rapes him), stays beside yabba users, cannot escape ... but has full unrestricted access to the internet?

Bullsh@t! :cheesy:

I would advise that too. Somehow I have the feeling that your boyfriend wont offer you the help you need. If you only need money for a flight ticket to Germany, and your boyfriend knows in what terrible situation you are, he could send some money to you. You would be able to leave the country for good in a few days.

Has the boyfriend 'arrived' yet?

The OP mentioned that his boyfriend will be here in 2 weeks, to beat up the sadistic katoey and Jew and rescue him from their clutches. But first the boyfriend has to muster up some courage, create a buff body in the gym, and learn some muay thai.

He'd be better bringing the Parachute Regiment with him!

This has all the markings of a great movie.

I'm sure there must be a Royal Sergeant Major ready to take charge of things.

We'll just have to wait for the OP to give us the nod now.

Correct. Thank you. Maybe now I am answering too many questions. I asked about male rape. Male rape happens to straight men. It happens to gay men. Only stupid men think they cannot be raped. Millions of men are raped every year. So who is the stupid guy that thinks men cannot be raped?

while i agree with you on the seriousness of the rape issue, unfortunately your other situation seems to be entirely the result of carelessness.

This does go in to total train wreck territory, and out of morbid curiosity the next installment is greatly awaited.

I hope the OP gets the professional help that he certainly needs

To help with his addiction to trolling TV? Seriously, you believe that he's chained to a radiator in Pattaya, beside a PC with full internet access?

Maybe he's chained to a computer with a radiator next to him?

I have not seen him say that he is chained up, i think his issue is no money, no bank card, no passport and severly under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

It's a sorry tale, of how expats can slide into the depths of depravity fairly quickly. A warming to newbies.

This guy certainly has invited some bad karma into his life

It just appears an unbelievable story that gets more bizarre with each post. Ex pats do get into trouble at times but this one lacks credibility. A "make it up as you go along" story.

His boyfriend could transfer money to him via Western Union ... and if he reported his passport stolen his Embassy could sort it out ... it would save his alleged boyfriend a great deal of time and expense.

Without really caring whether this "story" is "true" or not, the question of the male rape laws in Thailand is an interesting one.

It's not correct to assume the laws are necessarily identical for male and female rape victims in Thailand, or any nation.

So any Thailand legal experts than can expand on that, do pipe in.

Also of course there is usually a social stigma aspect, especially for straight male rape victims. About both their own shame and also how police are likely to react to reports, even if the laws support the charges.

No need to be rude

Of course its illegal, but maybe the OPs question is more to do with the attitude of the Thai police if one reported say a male on male rape...

The police would definitely get involved if there was money in it for them, otherwise I doubt it.

my best view on this it is not necessary to report it to the cops since transgender do their things and gays have their own way of doing thing.

The cops would not even open a fie on that matter.

Sorry but it is the land of smile even if you do not like it.

The thickness of the brown envelope will decide if the cops open a file on the matter.
