You're not going to believe this, but...

...Maenam lights now show the following as you approach in the Naton-bound direction:

- Right-hand lane: Green forward and right arrows at the same time, as has passed for normal for 14+ years...

- Left lane ie the one I was in: This now has A VERTICAL / 12 O'Clock  RED ARROW which to me indicates you should stop if heading toward Nation, presumably to allow traffic in the other direction to turn right/across your front into soi 4. No left arrow is visible in this lane. I proceeded when the light went out but cannot recall seeing Green in this lane.

I have yet to see how this works in the other direction.

Someone will be testing their airbag before next weekend; not least from a rear end shunt :)

I'm going to believe you; however think they have already turned that signal back in almost correct position, when police arrived this afternoon for the Chinese New Year – I checked, and it seemed much better, now – but yes, this morning it was extremely confusing...:shock1:

I'm pleased to report that they're back to normal again; Green in all directions at the same time from both sides!

Pleased they sorted it!!!  I did not notice any thing amiss yesterday for Chinese new year, ... until I looked at this image, the green arrow light it on facing north!
