Business as usual at Grand Palace/Wat Phra Kaeo?

What is the current status of tourism at the Grand Palace complex? If you have a crystal ball, what will it be at the end of March? Would like to hear from anyone who has been there recently.

 

I live in Chiang Mai. I'm going to Bangkok to meet my sister, her husband and their friends (another American couple) who have never been to Thailand. This happens near the end of March, so if you're patched into any info about changes planned before that, I would love to know that too. I have taken other visitors to the palace complex before, just wondering if things are back to normal, since the death of HM Rama IX. The usual procedure is wear long trousers, go to the ticket window, pay the fee, rent the headphones, start walking. Any new hurdles/procedures?

 

I have many years experience living in Thailand, so know my way around otherwise. We plan to take the BTS to Saphan Taksin and a boat up the river to the palace complex.
