The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has asked Council to approve a budget of Bt3.55 billion to take over the extension – from Bangkok’s Bearing to Samut Prakan province – from the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) The Bt3.55 billion is the first instalment of the project’s total Bt21.4 billion for infrastructure construction. January 31, 20179 yr I seem to remember a similar "discussion" about who gets the money which delayed the OnNut to Bearing opening. Build it then decide who owns it? What a shining example of good governance.
January 31, 20179 yr Another excellent example of Thai forward planning. Nobody wants to pay, but they all want in for the kickbacks. Maybe they can get the Chinese to pay for it, or the Dutch, Italians, Aussies etc etc...
