Looking for two flatmates to move in 3BR shared appartment, Prom Phong area, Bangkok

Hello everyone !

My name is Kilian, I am a young Frenchman who has been working in Bangkok for two years now. As my office is going to change location, I need to go to live in Prom Phong area from the beginning of March.

I visited a very nice 3-bedrooms 2-bathrooms appartment located near Prom Phong BTS station (5mins walk), in an high rise condominium. So I am now looking for two flatmates ! :) The appartment has a total surface of 146 sqm, and is located at one the highest floor with an awesome view on the city. The bedrooms have all the same size (quite big). The flat is fully furnished (but the complete furniture (LCD TV, microwave, Fridge, desk, coffee table...) will be provided before we move in the flat). All the beds can be king-size or queen-size beds if you want to.

Price is quite decent for the area :
- Rental fee is 50,000 THB/month to share, so around 16,600 THB/month per roommate
- Maid cleaning 2500THB/month to share, so around 840 THB/month per roommate
- Electricity fee : government rate
- Water fee : 20 THB/unit
- Internet highspeed -> we choose the provider and package we want

Many facilities available inside the building:
- Indoor swimming pool
- Outdoor swimming pool
- Jogging track
- Yoga classes available
- Thai boxing ring and training field, with classes available
- Huge gym
- Restaurant and coffee shop
- Minimart

Moving date would be in March, at the beginning if possible. It's a 6-months renewable contract. I am looking for roommates who are in their 20's or 30's  I am quite easy-going, and I usually really like to hang out with my flatmates, going out from time to time, have a beer... Both male & female roommates are OK of course.
