Didn't you read the article ? They originally wanted to fine him 1000 baht but suggested he gave 600 baht to the lady and 400 baht to the cops. I would call that a good deal for both.

You are all correct, So tired of hearing the same old story about road accidents that I failed to read the entire story.  However, it does not change what they are.  Maybe nobody died in this accident.  Maybe the next one or next week.  <deleted> monkeys should not be driving period.
