April 30, 20178 yr Author Monday May 1st is Labour day... expect Government Offices to be closed... Perhaps some other businesses including banks, also ~ !

I'm not going to go check for an example but various government websites say open Mon to Fri 08:30 'til 16:30. Closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. I they were open then that would be a serious change in procedure though I would suggest they were just trying it on to make a few Bucks.
