Pattaya Pediatric Dentist

Featured Replies

I am looking for a recommended pediatric dentist in Pattaya. I have perused the old thread by this name (2012) but I think there was some mis-information given there. First, there are pediatric dentists, or dentists that specialize in pediatrics. Its'a whole set of different rules when dealing with children. Second, on poster suggested that you let bad teeth fall out naturally. While that may be ok with front teeth (the first to get replaced starting around age 6), molars generally hang around for many years, even into your teen years. A rotten molar can effect the underlying adult teeth. Additionally care must be taken with molars in trying to maintain them (i.e. fillings) because once you take them out, the alignment of adult teeth will most likely be compromised. Bridges are often considered after removal of molars in children to maintain this space and try to protect the alignment of adult teeth.

Sorry to ramble, I just wanted to clear a few things up.

Recommendations? BTW the previous recommendations where BKH and Queens hospital Sattihip in addition to an (unnamed) dentist on the dark side.
