Anyone seen these tyre valve extensions in Thailand - most useful for small scooters ?

I was looking for something like that to put on the spare wheel of my tuck. The spare is mounted upside-down under the load bay and you have to lower the wheel to check the pressure. Not something I fancied doing every few weeks.

 

Whent looking for a valve extension that would allow me to check the pressure without having to lower the wheel every time.

 

Tried all the tyre shops round here and nobody had a valve extension, most didn't even know what it was :saai:

 

In the end I pumped the spare to about 40lbs and occasionally bang it with a lump of wood to see if its holding the air. Been a few years, probably should get it down and check the actual pressure.
