Are these type of routers avaiable in Thailand?

If brought from abroad can a SIM with a data package be used?

The main plus point is that it is portable.

Yes, of course.

 

Each provider has dozens, maybe hundreds of offers.

 

On the pre-paid side, pretty much any 50 baht SIM can have value added, and then you can subscribe to a data plan.

 

Just review the AIS, DTAC and TrueMove H web-sites.
