how can the  KOR ROR 11 (  fathership acknowledge ) be obtained ??

i think that is done through the Thai Court. 

Best advice is to ask a lawyer

If not married and the child is over 7 years old it can be done at the Amphur if both child and mother acknowledge you as the father.

You can also marry the mother and become the legal father.

Thai court is the last option, friend of mine had to this cause of the mothers death, cost him 50.000 baht.
