An absolute outrageous justice system in Thailand.....Talk about 3rd world standards it beggars belief....

I wonder if it would have been better for him to be driving a Mercedes...instead of a jet ski....

I think the authorities are aware that this is a sensitive case drawing a lot of attention from abroad. I expect he'll be convicted and released very quickly.

So if you are a foreigner who has had a tragic accident, your passport is held so you cannot travel however, if you are the grandson brat of a hiso family and you kill a policeman(allegedly), your passport is not withheld thereby allowing you to get out of the country to have your flu treated.....is this correct?

In reality you would never want to find out. This is a humanitarian case the BIB are not that dumb. Brownie points are available here compassion shown tourists come etc. etc. etc. It plays big to the incoming luggage crowd. 

I know first hand how the thai justice system works,wife not found guilty,been through two courts already but the prosecutor wont let go,someone said pay and i say that if she was guilty, i would, but in his lost face
