Every time you ring 1185 to try to talk to an operator at AIS the voice ask you

to select ' for English please press 2 " so you do that and the voice continue

in Thai, no English at all, I have brought this problem to the attentions of

 operators but like talking to the wall, nothing done, just as well My thai is

good enough to tell them off, alas, like a water of the duck back....

You might want to try calling 1175 for AIS customer service, not 1185? I don't recall having any problem with it switching to English.

On my bill it says clearly  to call 1185 24/7, and when I called at 8.30 am I was told

that the English speaking staff will arrive after 9, but I will give 1175 a go...
