ATM's around town charging 220 Baht

It seems many ATM's around Pattaya has pushed the withdrawal rate up to 220 Baht.

 

Anyone know for sure who has the best current rate?

 

Yes, I know its only 20 Baht but the rates were already ridiculous in the first place.

You will have a hard time to find an ATM with a lower fee nowadays.

You can add to the thread and better describe what type of card/issuing bank you have.
