How to change language in ads back to English?

I have windows 10 (from purchase). My settings are Thailand and English language, no problems.

 

But a couple of weeks ago the language in all ads (only the ads) changed to Dutch. I don't understand Dutch and I just want English for everything. 

 

I've googled many times but I can't seem to find a fix specific to my problem

 

Looking for some advise to change the ad language back to English.
