I am looking for a recommendation for a web site developer based in Chiang Mai (preferably) I have a number of sites that need to be bought  up to date and believe there 

are some great locals that have great skills in this field.

Why not try to do it yourself with a website like wix.com? They have a lot of good looking templates, which are easy to edit and adapt.

I use wix.com for my website. It took some time until I understood the concept, but now making changes and updates is easy.

So you are not dependent from somebody else. I often hear stories where the web designer «disappeared»...
