April 3, 20178 yr I bumped into a desk hard and now have a big bad bruise on my thigh. The bruised area is swollen and I've been icing it. Do you know any good bruise relief cream? Not those mozzie bite creams but specifically for bruises? Thanks!
April 3, 20178 yr Good info. I'm forever banging into sharp edges of desks, cabinets, etc. Didn't even stop to think there might be something to ease the pain topically. I'm assuming the Hirudoid and Neotica balm are available in Thailand?
