I have a Sirus/XM Xmp3i radio and remote antenna and docking station...l I may be able to seel it for 1004 US  or is there a reason to bring it to Thailand if I am going to be there for several months or retire there?

I would check with Sirius since their Terms of Service / Privacy says this

I didn't know it was only USA coverage.  I listed it on eBay.  Part of my decluttering.
