Tony's on third road can't be beaten for amenities and cost (if you're here fo ra long stay).

Tony's? :o

I think he was after a hotel fitness centre? I do agree Tony's is a good gym the problem is they dont run the air-con any more so its like training in a sauna or atleast they wernt running it in june when i was their last. Dont tell me Tonys not making any money from his other ventures and is cutting back on cost.

A1, the Royal Cruise Hotel between Soi 2 and 3, Beachroad has a very nice Gym. Good equiped, Steam Room and Sauna, use of the Hotel Swimmingpool, free Towels and a free Salad Buffet Thuesdays. It's clean! It's on the Ground Floor. Receptionist's and Trainers are nice too. I

Totally agree, A1 is one of the best around. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Not much more expensive either, which is a bonus.
