You know there is a pool of 50,000 potential leaders in Iran? Right now, Kharg Island is doing nothing. It really doesn't matter if its smashed up. It will get fixed, and it will be someone else doing that. Iraq's Al Basrah oil terminal got smashed up. It was soon fixed. The question is how long can Iran hang on (cash reserves), before it brings in Chinese or Indian engineers to build them a new one. Kharg is an old, well established oil terminal.
