Does the Commander of the Immigration Bureau have his office in Soi Suan Plu or in Changwattana?

The immigration bureau is located at Soi Suan Plu according the the immigration website. I would assume the commander is located there.

Immigration division 1 is at Chaeng Wattana along with division 3 which is over the central region.

I think there is also a winter office in the south of france.

Not necessary to go this high in the hirarchy. Sufficient to hand over brown envelopes at the local immi-office.
