SAS stops most all flights to BKK

SAS cuts Beijing route

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) said Tuesday it was cutting more routes to Asia because of fears over the SARS virus.

SAS said it will now fly only every other day between Beijing and Copenhagen. SAS has been operating daily flights, but said the SARS fears have resulted in less demand for seats on the route.

The route cuts apply until August 9. SAS already cut its Copenhagen-Bangkok-Singapore route until May 21, and has since decided to also cancel the route between June 1 and August 9.

Ok George; you suckered me in with this one.   :o

Very easy for my old eyes to see your lead "Sas" as "Sars".  It should be SAS as in the text.
