Think he could have been given a bit more time at Anfield but was up against Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling and Coutinho for a place so was always on the periphery. BR loaned him to Sevilla and then JK sold him when he arrived. Sometimes the pace of leagues doesn't suit some players and Iago was certainly happier being the 'big fish' when he returned to Celta. Trying to think of a good clue... this guy once got called up for international duty, but prefered to concentrate on his career with a Midlands club at the time.
