Trump pardons Joe Arpaio, former sheriff convicted in racial profiling case

"Presidential pardon of controversial Arizona lawman, convicted for defying judge’s order to stop racially profiling Latinos, decried as ‘endorsing racism’"

"Over Arpaio’s 24-year tenure as sheriff of Maricopa county, he gained notoriety for detaining hundreds of undocumented immigrants in a Tent City jail and forcing them to wear pink underwear."

"The sheriff courted controversy and media attention – calling his own jail a “concentration camp”, serving inmates just two meals a day and selling replica pink underwear to the public – as he became a national figurehead for the virulent xenophobia that Trump embraced in his presidential campaign."

Roger Stone predicts violent 'insurrection' if Trump is impeached

"Roger Stone, a longtime confidant to President Donald Trump, predicted Thursday there would be a "spasm of violence" tantamount to civil war if the president were brought under impeachment charges by Congress."

"He went on to warn that if impeachment proceedings were furthered in Congress, as some House Democrats have called for, an "insurrection" would take place nationwide."

"Try to impeach him. Just try it," Stone said. "You will have a spasm of violence in this country,

an insurrection like you’ve never seen.”

Trump is fed from his own fighting all his life with various issues allowing him to have reached the levels were he is right now....Not bad even if his look is different strange and criticised so much forgetting all the good he is capable to realise like a fortune in the property market to finance himself a political intense campaign to become elected POSTUS.

All the medias showing how biased fake and stupid all those relying on their views are frankly speaking....go and see how America is ahead far from the medias desinformations.....

He has accepted to become a surgeon and of course blood is splashing out with members of his team replaced re shuffled like so often it is the case.

He has regain the power of the WH thanks to his appointment of General Kelly whom does not have to deal with Postus surely not against him......General said US Nation first, no personal feelings from their various own political choices beliefs and work for the President interest included.

Giving times only few months have elapsed and a lot has been achieved not all negative....steps by steps....

Tuning the Democrat, Liberals tide will not happen overnight with the medias absolutely biased.....

He has to dominate his own instincts not to over react immediately to all issues he is bombarded with from....

Reduce yourself all the medias influencing the readers wrongly and life goes on better.

I flush out most of what is repetitively released fake opinions expressed as news so far away from reflecting true facts...

I used google translate to translate this back into Russian. And in Russian, it still makes no sense, but the grammar and sentence structure is perfect. ALso same results with Moldovan.

I love this.

The occupier of the White House never got over it.

Since then, it became his mission to destroy all that President Obama had achieved.

The occupier couldn't even show his face at the White House Correspondents' Dinner when his turn came this year.

It illustrated the bitter and petty spitefulness that now infests the White House.

And his own cowardice of being roasted.

And it gets better :

I understood him well enough and so did you. I may not like what he says but the odds are that he's far more fluent in English than you are in his native language. Really sinking low to belittle someone for an imperfect command of a language that is not his or her own.

"Canned" is exactly the word I was looking for, but couldn't think of. The style really reminded me of some of the many anti-Hillary comments floating around on comment sites during the election, which, we later learned was being churned out in Eastern Europe.

Exactly.

Why is it that so many posts about President Trump have so much bitterness attached to them. People rationalize that he is selfish, incompetent, lazy, inarticulate and a liar. Instead of complaining about his failings let's hear about what you have done with your lives.

I havne't cheated too many people. Generally speaking, I'm not into lies or delusion. I've been willing to acknowledge the existence of others, instead of only thinking about me, me, me, and me. I don't big note myself by talking about huge gifts to charity, and then not delivering (or keeping other people's donations for myself). I have't tried to obstruct the course of justice, ever. That's what I've done with my life. Unlike Donald Trump.

It is Trump's behaviour that render him " selfish, incompetent, lazy, inarticulate and a liar. " and not posters "rationalisations".  What any of us has done with our lives is of no consequence to this thread and of little consequence to the world...

We are not President.  Our shortcomings are only of consequence to  ourselves and those close to as , Trump's shortcomings are of consequence to the whole world and thus, subject to greater scrutiny.   My " bitterness" is not toward his behaviour, he can be " selfish, incompetent, lazy, inarticulate and a liar" all he wants.  But not on my dime.

Superb response.

Trump supporters routinely take attacks against Trump as if they were personal vendettas against the man, and even personal attacks against the supporters themselves. That is odd.

I'm pretty sure that, like me, the man was not on any serious thinking person's radar till he started with the Birther sh!t. While I'd heard of the guy (primarily because of the oddity of a casino owner going bankrupt), I never watched his show or followed his exploits.

If he hadn't gone on that Birther bender, run for office or become president, I for one wouldn't have given him a second thought. But he did do those things and so he is fair game when he behaves dishonestly, dangerously or kookily.

Funny you should mention that.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/donald-trump-mental-health-psychiatrists-clear-present-danger-world-us-president-dr-bandy-lee-yale-a7911621.html

"A group of psychiatrists has written to Congress to warn Donald Trump poses a "clear and present danger" to the world.

Among them is Dr Bandy Lee, of Yale University, who is also reportedly consulting with Democratic members of Congress on setting up an expert panel to give advice on the President's mental health."

This is unprecedented as health professionals have never done this.

Roger Stone threatens the lives of members of Congress if they impeach Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s longtime friend and adviser Roger Stone has made so many threats against various political pundits on Twitter that he’s been suspended from the social network multiple times. Now he seems to be making a threat against the lives of members of Congress, raising the question of whether law enforcement may have to investigate his words and intent.

Instead of harping about President Trump why not mention the real issues of the United States which he is trying to address. A federal and state tax code that requires a tax accountant to help me file my taxes. Health insurance with an Health Maintenance Organization that has a $6,000 deductible for me and the same amount for my wife in addition to the $1,243 monthly premium. Oh by the way neither my wife or I smoke or drink and we have no pre-existing health condition.

Or the ridiculous cost of college. Stanford and Berkeley run $40,000 year including room and board. Or the uncounted Holmes's that roam our streets and intersections. Tents erected everywhere they do not belong and no one is willing to address them.

Well with Donny John in charge now I am sure he will find a way to fix these things along with all those Holmes's roaming the street (damn those Sherlocks!). Once Donny John is done with issuing all those pardons and holding ego stroking rallies, he is certain to get to all the above mentioned issues.

Finally, it is about time we have a president who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Whether you like him or hate him he can't please everyone. His job is to try and turn our economy into overdrive. Economics is like war and George S. Patton said "the object of war is not to die for your county, rather make the other poor son of a bitch die for his country". So President Trumps job is to lead the troops (us) into a battle to become less selfish, more willing to use less natural resources, behave smarter
