Installing Bluetooth Mouse

Featured Replies

I have been trying to install a new bluetooth mouse to my laptop which is running Windows 7 and are having problems with the laptop recognising this to install, any help and assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Does the mouse come with software and driver ?

What version Bluetooth does the laptop have and what version Bluetooth is the mouse ?

Ian not sure if Bluetooth is backwards compatible, maybe that is the issue.

If the desktop has bluetooth it should be fine, if not  grab a bluetooth dongle from you pc parts shop.
