DSI says it has substantial evidence to impound supercars

 

 

BANGKOK: -- The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) insisted that it has evidence to impound luxury cars of a importer for examination.

 

The affirmation was voiced by the DSI deputy director-general Pol Lt-Col Korawat Panprapakorn after the importer, Inthrasak Tetch-tirasiri or known as “Boy Unity” threatened a 50-million baht civil suit against the DSI for damages caused to his business following the DSI’s “abuses of power”.

 

Pol Lt-Col Korawat said the DSI has evidence to show that the company, STT Auto Services, had produced false documents in relevant to its declaration of car prices.

 

He said that this prompted the DSI to impound all the cars for examination.

 

He also said according to the law they are entitled to file a suite.

The pantomime season could be abandoned altogether if only the DSI,  Justice department, Immigration, the police and the public all understood and operated within the same laws, and stopped putting their own spin on them or making up their own.

Prove it, in a court of law.    This idiot is just posturing, probably because they have very little (if any) evidence.

And because they're dealing with the DSI, they'll get suite F A in co-operation

This ought to separate the men from the "Boys".
