Laminated farang bangkok map - things to do

Ok so about 8 years ago I stumbled upon this Map of bangkok showing all points of interest including restaurants and stuff like that. I heard it was made by a western guy and sold by many vendors. Did anyone else ever hear of such a map? It was laminated it was a5 I think and I'd really love it if someone had an image of that Map?

The Nancy Chandler one used to be good and it shows all that stuff.

The one I had listed a blinking well expensive quiet restaurant in the middle of nowhere that was more like a nice house and cost me 7k baht for a meal that was more like a 600 baht meal + wine
