Well, Mice running around the room, snakes living in the A/C unit, plastic and rubbish on the floor........Hardly the cleanest house on the block....

I've seen them outside by the compressor because it is warm so far 2 this year

I've just had mine cleaned and was told that rats had been inside, but I've never seen any rats in or near my house in Samui.

The only way rats or snakes can get to your internal condenser is if the installers have not plastered  over

the hole they made for the piping
