I did see a few years ago the results of a cheap tit job. It was done on a Katouy by a backyard type doctor. For a long while the poor lady/boy had noticed a foul smell coming from her arm pits, when a new doc cut her open they found that the enhancement was actually done using rubbish ie condoms and similar. Horrible it was.
