BANGKOK: -- A mother who sold her own daughter into the sex trade has also supplied under 18 girls to politicians in Nakorn Rachasima, Bangkok police have revealed.

 

A warrant for the arrest of three politicians on charges of rape have been made.

 

Yesterday Chok Chai police mounted a raid on the We Too Entertainment soapy massage establishment in Lat Prao Soi 55.

 

A sting operation had uncovered sex was for sale there and on the second floor they discovered a girl called "Mew" who is the daughter of a woman called "Poo" or Thiphaporn Maneenoi, 36, who is wanted on human trafficking charges.

 

Mew told cops that there were usually other under 18 girls at work in the massage parlor but they were not working yesterday.

 

Police said that "Poo" was supplying underage girls through a Facebook page called Amarabee and that a warrant had already been served for illegal activity in this regard in the Pak Chong area of Korat.

 

Under age girls were also supplied by the woman to the politicians, police said. The girls were told they were being taken to a waterfall but were instead taken to a hotel where they were raped by "local politicians".

 

Daily News did not name those in the warrants.

NGO's might want to focus their attention on Politicians and Government officials, who seem to be involved in every underage sex scandal.

Those poor politicians it's just not fair that these underage girls keep becoming available to them. I am sure the officials have nothing to do with any of this, just victims of entrapment they are.

Typically the adult parent is caught up in relatively low-level criminal activity (5 pills, 50/100 baht gambling) and then extorted by the "authorities" for cash, services or entertainment.

Truly sad bit there are lot of things also I don't get it in LOS.

i was dating a lady who had a decent job and was born in Germany and mother from Thailand and unfortunately her father diet when my girl friend was young and left them a lot of properties in Germany . Yet I heard many times her mother keeps on asking her every time we went out fir dinner or movies or any where what did she got from me and she shouldn't come home without getting anything from me . I'm so shocked and by this attitude of her mother and the condition given to date her daughter is to buy her a lot or house ?!? If they were poor I would understand but that's not the case here I guess it's so typical thing. More funny the mother didn't finish schooling here in Thailand and can't even write that Anf had a family of hers prior flying off with my girl friend father to Germany and now pretends to be a German more than any other German and acts still very greedy. I bet she wouldn't mind selling her daughter too. Why is it like this here? It really hurts to see a own mother can be like this .

family should be rather trying to protect each other and not sending other member of the family to hell so one can get some money.

Readers may I most humbly request you not to say or post anything bad about the girl I mentioned here as she is a good person. May have done wrong things due to the way she was grown up in absence of her father and due to the greedy nature of her mother . 

Such stories are so common but it's also sad.

And there were thousands of underage girls in Pattaya 25 years ago, many under 16  and many forced into prostitution being "raped" by farangs.There were also farang bar owners involved in this too, there is some of this even going on now. So why blame just the Thais.

some mothers see absolutely nothing wrong with recruiting-selling their own daughters into the sex trade. they perceive it as just business.  the ladder of morality is not universally homogeneous.

Fair point. There does seem a world wide epidemic of political and religious leaders who are involved in some very unsavory and illegal sexual deviations.

 

Several British politicians, some deceased, have been investigate. Surprise surprise the investigations went no where.
