Another high quality tourist from Australia.

It's all very confusing - but I think he's Canadian (according to a couple of posters).

Posts containing derogatory as well as offensive generalizations toward Thais have been removed:

11) You will not post slurs, degrading or overly negative comments directed towards Thailand, specific locations, Thai institutions such as the judicial or law enforcement system, Thai culture, Thai people or any other group on the basis of race, nationality, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

They say the world,s greatest sin is hypocrisy ! definitely earned by the Thai who lectures on the treatment of women.

Men are just physically stronger!  it was a slap from a women, could have just walk away end of story!

sounds like a disgruntled woman that was turned down.  "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"

What I saw in the video was the man grabbed the woman bud first so she hit him back.

If you actually watch the video you'll see the Canadian walks out with one arm around one girl and appears to grab the ass of another with his right hand. She turns around and slaps him.

Congrats.

Exactly that.

This "why why" on the video is so funny.

What do they have eyes for?

Of course he grabbed the buttocks of that woman while holding the other in the left arm.

Even if both women are considered prostitutes it still does not mean that one can do whatever his drunken brain brings up.

That applies especially to such acts without consent and in open public.

A widespread misconception that cost a lot of bloody noses or worse.

You might remember pictures of such fools battered to inconsciousness by a gang of kathoeys (ladyboys).

Would I be wrong if I say that men are just stronger than women? in this case it would seem to be. It would have ended without anything happening if he has just turn and continue. Right or wrong regardless of the slap his buddy interfered because it was the wrong thing to do. Not much of a friend his buddy ego is so large doesn't seem to have much respect for people or himself.

Hold on a moment

Conflicting stories or what?

I thought the thai lady whose ass got pinched was the wife of a a customer of the bar where this incident took place?

Is that in the opening post?

(I didn't read through 6 pages)

The kiwi cat fella has insider info apparently.

No doubt whatsoever who's fault it was. He touched the bottom of the Thai lady and she slapped him, quite rightly so!  Then the pathetic excuse for a man attacked her.  No excuse for that, lock him up for a few days, then deport him.  Bye, bye mate, you do the rest of us no favours.

I wonder if he grabbed your wifes ass like that if you would feel the same way?

Howard Zimmer is the Canadian owner of the bar. The Australian voice you can hear on the tape is from the Australian customer of the bar. The woman holding Zimmers left arm is his wife who owns the bar. it is her  voice you can hear on the tape saying "she hit him first".

The phone video was taken at the police station where footage supplied by the bar owner was shown.

The woman who beaten up was the wife of a customer who had come to collect her husband from the bar, she had just been groped inside the bar and Zimmer was told forcefully to stop by hismown wife and the Australian customer.

When Zimmer was escorted out of his own bar by his wife he then decided to grope the woman again by grabbing her ass.

Because here they set fire to them but that's not the point really is it. Exposure of such people here is a short term loss of face for farangs but a long term gain if he packs up and goes home. Same for all scum.

Does not matter if the girl works in  the bar or not, the scumbag is in the wrong..  And if he owns the bar it  should  be closed down as he is not  fit to  run it.

Why the thai person on facebook mentions it is his country?

The Thai voice is a policeman

The Facebook page identifies the man as a Mr Howard Zimmer

He was framed.

I'll get my coat.

The guy clearly has a euro accent.

If you look closely it appears he grabs or slaps her on the bum, which she takes offence to, so I would suggest he started it and should keep his hands to him self.

Yes thats correct, he actually (to use Trumps expression) grabbed her pu..y from behind and her reaction was to give him a slap - this is how it started. Not a proper behavior expected from a rich and educated farang so something must have been lost in translation here...;)

What really matters is what the police decide, which I'd be most interesting in reading/hearing.

Typical. Do as I say not as I do.

Yes !

Anyway am I the only one who finds all these daily "news" ridiculous ? Soon TV will have the same group of no life visitors that are reading stickman bangkok.

Your wife is your wife until someone else sleeps on her, which can happen anytime you are not here.

How ridiculous are people to feel to protect what is theirs just temporally.
