Customer Service At Airport

Featured Replies

My wife has to travel from Phuket to Udon Thani via Suvarnabhumi airport (so domestic only. But she is travelling alone with our new baby and associated hand luggage).

She is physically very small and both her and me are concerned that she might not be able to manage alone at the airport.

How do I contact the people who would meet her at the arrivals gate and transport her in their golf buggy to the next departure gate??

Thanks for any help

Simon

PS - Usually I would travel with her, but our new hotel is 100% full and I need to stay there since none of the staff speak good English! :o

1. Tell your airline to organise it.
