All this is a misunderstanding!!...

 

What was meant is that you can eat, phone, make-up or even give the driver a BJ, if you are sitting on the passenger seat of the car in front (because unless the driver is a pure blood stalion, a bit hard to ahem! ahem! him if you are sitting on the back passenger seats)

The real culprits or "thick minds" are in the first place the irresponsable automobilists who do not fully concentrate on driving and on the road....they are the first to be blamed....

 

It seems a bit easy to bail out and always put the fault on others despite their unrealistic advice or comments, no matter who they are...
