Featured Replies

Hello.

Does anyone have the contact details of M-PHONE shop, situated upstairs in Tukcom Pattaya? They sold me a faulty L-MAX ESTER1 smartphone, and i am now in the UK, and need to ask them to fix it or refund me.

Thank you.

Do you need a home visit for the repair or are you prepared to pop it in the post........as regards a refund, there is more chance of snow falling in BKK sorry

Your only hope is to return it either by yourself or a friend who will be coming soon and try to get a repair done......but as the previous poster said "good luck with that"...............you could try getting it fixed in the UK at your own cost otherwise bin it sorry

Thanks for your replies.

It has a 1 year warranty, so if i head back, i will try and get a new one. Otherwise i'll just have to put up with it's faults which are minor but annoying clicks on voice calls, and a headphone jack that is wrongly wired.

This is Thailand where warranties are rarely honoured and there is not a cat in hells chance of you getting a refund, best bet they will repair it.......to be honest get someone in the UK,if you can, to sort it properly

Thanks for the advice Petermik.

I've read others having similar issues, and going to the consumer protection at Town Hall. Apparently problems are sorted very fast that way.

Chris............was in Tukcom this morning and spotted M-Phone their number is 084-5678277/087-6105442.
