Hello everybody!

I'm a foreigner (Italian), with BA, willing to do an MBA 1-year program in Bangkok.

Do you have any suggestions?
I'm aware of the following universities:

  • Ramkhamhaeng University
  • Bangkok School of Management
  • Kasetsart KIMBA (but this is 2 years program)
  • AIT
  • King Mongkut's University

My goal is to learn more about management, to live 1 year in Thailand and eventually find a job in Asia.
(I don't care about how useful it might be in EU or AMERICA)

Thanks in advance,

Alberto

Full time MBA programs are 2 years typically. Executive MBAs can be of shorter duration but these are for people with experience.

An MBA from Thailand isn't worth the paper it's written on. Thailand is well known for having among the lowest educational standards in East Asia.

Most of the Asian companies who would look for MBA qualified staff will be seeking those with a qualification from a Western univeristy/business school.

Can you speak fluent Thai or one of the other Asian languages?

Perhaps y

Then why not direct your ambitions toward China ?

For studying in China I should have to consider Beijing or Shanghai.
But actually China is not the healthiest place to live (Beijing at all), plus I cannot afford the MBA in Shanghai.
Living in Thailand would be much more easier and a good life experience. But I want to make the best of it so that's why I'm seeking advices.
