BANGKOK: -- A Thai boxer who was knocked out in the third round and carried off on a stretcher was still in trouble.

 

A video posted online that caused much comment showed Raksommai's angry trainer having a go at him as medics attended in a nursing room behind the ring.

 

Not content with a verbal assault his trainer then starts to punch and slap him after he had his gloves removed.

 

The videographer then leaves to let them get on with it.

 

Netizens commented in droves with many saying that Raksommai didn't deserve that - he had only lost once after several successful bouts.

Looks like it was a double KO. Now he lost 2 times. Don´t ever let this guy fight again. 

3 m 50 s for 2-3 small punches...

What a waste of bandwidth... 

They treat their fighters worse than dogs here, no wonder the sport is declining in Thailand.
