Hello, I m a French national and have been a resident in the UK for 10 years (I have a UK address and bank account).

I want a 6 months multi entry tourist visa for Thailand, where do you think I am better off applying to secure that, in Paris or London? Thank you

Thank you. I suppose a UK bank statement with my address is proof enough? I'll have to provide that anyway. I also have a UK driving licence...

I suspect that something more substantial like your current assured shorthold tenancy agreement (assuming that you are renting the address you are living at) will be needed.

If you have something showing you are resident in the UK for tax purposes, that would be better I think.

Thank you. I think I've got what's needed. I am self employed and will bring my tax return receipt plus my tenancy agreement and the bank statement. As for accommodation in Thailand, I suppose I can use booking.com and book a hotel for the first 2 months. A one way plane ticket is all they require.

I am pretty sure it should all be OK. Should I not get the visa in London, can I then try in Paris?
