We can only hope that these migrants one day do not need to come to Thailand and put up with its buffoonery and self damaging laws.    Their labour and immigration laws are some of the silliest in all of Asia.

What do you mean, anti slavery laws.

Well, if the UK government does the same ,then many Britons would be happy as more jobs are available for local people if they are not fussy or lazy to take over such jobs?

Well Micky in theory what you say is right  The question is Do locals want to do those jobs? Here they dont Years ago in the Netherlands Nobody wanted to wash dishes at resturants etc Dutch people were to proud to wash dishes So they imported workers Bad mistake Dishwashers are now very highly paid and all the Dutchmen are trying to be dishwashers and start calling on the government to get rid of these workers because they have there jobs I think probably if the government makes them get a work permit then they can check if these workers are paid right That is the theory so to speak whether or not the immigration officials would get off there backsides to check these building sites is another thing  Also the Thais could breath a sigh of relief because they dont have to work lol
