Does anybody know where in Surin Isaan I could get my 2012 Ford Ranger valve body repaired, Ford are the obvious,  but you get charged plenty for anything they do

I have googled this and seen the full repair video, it doesn't look all that hard to repair, but you need premises , tools, and so on, it apparently is a blown gasket that 

Happens with Fords, any help would be much appreciated,  thanks in advance
