Sukhothai province told to install big bags to prevent possible flooding

The Royal Irrigation Department has warned Sukhothai provincial administration to brace for the arrival of water runoff from Phrae province, expected on Friday (July 21), by putting up big bags in the municipal area and at the Yom river embankment which is now under construction.

Samsenwittayalai director faces disciplinary investigation

A committee will be set up to investigate the director of Samsenwittayalai School in Bangkok for a serious breach of discipline for allegedly demanding 400,000 baht in “tea money” from a parent in exchange for enrolling his child to study in Mathayom Sueksa 1, said Office of the Basic Education Commission (Obec) secretary-general Karun Sakulpradit.
