Cheap or used car batteries

I have an old beater car that needs a battery.  I'm looking for either a new inexpensive battery or a used battery that will hold a charge.  I really don't want to put any more money than I need to into buying one.  Any recommendation?  TIA.

Just buy a battery, I bought a cheap 3K battery and it is doing well..

I can buy a 'cheap' battery in the US for under $30.  That's what I'm looking for.  About 1000 THB.  Yes, I'm being I 'cheap charlie' on this because I seldom use the car.  It's not my primary set of wheels.

A seldom used ride needs a good battery to save all the huffing and puffing when it is needed..

I getting rid of it, so it's basically throwing away money to buy new.

A Car Battery doesn't need the Power to start a Clonker .Little Car Battery is much cheaper.!.Be honest tell the buyer its clucked.?

I can guarantee that you will be 'charged' more for a second hand battery than the charge it will hold.

Depends on the car. New FB battery for a 1500cc Honda 1900B.

Right US battery prices are very relevant here. Compare new car prices.

FB battery on Charoen Prathet quoted me 1000 THB  for a new battery with a trade in.
