Can anyone supply me with a WORKING telephone number for this hotel?

 

I've tried 3 or 4 different numbers from their business card and the internet and all are unobtainable.

even the manager Param seems to have disappeared into the ether.

 

I'm up north so can't simply walk in and ask. Hope you can help.

That was the first thing I tried.

All I can suggest then, is to make a booking over the internet using a booking service.

If not wanting to make a booking, I don't have a solution as I'm not in Pattaya.
