I had a tin of black ant king off a street hawker that did nothing unlike the previous tins, so i stopped buying from street sellers now as anything could be in them. I only buy Sidegra from pharmacies now

So how much did you take to try to get an erection? :sorry:

Best is try your self to find out the exact dose that U need instead of asking others. Then let us know later how it went down for u.

Hmmm........A joke/play on words that obviously went wrong!!

I thought the poster was referring to the practice of buying unregulated/nonapproved stuff from vendors and that he had bought some black ant killer from a street vendor which didn't work (i.e., which didn't kill ants).

That being the case (buying black ant killer that didn't work) I cheekily asked how much he had taken in order to get an erection!

Seems like I might be the only person to have seen his post this way – – senile decay, too much red wine, a different way of looking at things, all possibilities, so no more replies from me on this thread!

I wonder how many of those who take Cialis or Viagra actually need this medication to perform in bed.

Were they to lay off the alcohol, or do a little exercise, then the expense of buying these drugs would probably be unnecessary.

I used to have ED issues for many years, relying on Cialis as my 'nurse'.  That was in the days when I drank beer and did little exercise.

Now, some 10 years older, and following a healthy diet and exercise regime, I no longer need the help of Cialis or Viagra.

another wrong assumption. Viagra and Cialis are expanding blood vessels and are therefore lowering blood pressure.

In reality that makes 4 variables, Brand name, Generic, Generic (not approved)from another country or fakes.

In theory there should be no difference between a brand name and a legal generic, as per the ops original question.

Is that correct ?

in fact there are more categories:

Brand Name - approved in your country

Generic - approved in your country

Brand name - approved in another country but not in yours

Generic - approved in another country but not in yours

Generic - not approved in any country but no fake and no counterfeit, it contains the labeled active ingredient, although precise dosage is questionable because not officially controlled (I think Kamagra falls into this category)

Counterfeit - in general counterfeits are also fakes (i.e many just contain sugar and flour)

What you were told is correct.

As others have mentioned, Cialis and other ED drugs do not raise BP, they tend to lower it.

However no increase in side effects has been found among people taking most antihypertensive medications and ED drugs. The one thing that must be avoided are drugs which lower blood pressure through the same mechanism as ED drugs i.e. vasodilation - these would be nitrates  (nitroglycerine, nicorandil, glycerol trinitrate and related drugs) which are more often used for angina than hypertension .

Many of the people taking ED drugs are on antihypertensive medication as anti-hypertensives often cause impotence as a side effect.

Best to check with a doctor regarding the safety of ED drugs if you have any underlying medical conditions especially cardiac ones. (In any event prescription is required by law in Thailand for ED drugs).

In short: Thanks, that cleared the "fog" as far as this is concerned.

Cheers.

Thx! Was mis-informed by my GP. He is 68 years old and not really "up to date", I suspect.

Cheers.

Thanks for all your great comments. I did go to the large street level Pharmacy nr Nana plaza as you walk towards the railway lines on the left. The 2 owners speak great English and have had the shop for a long time. They said kamagra jelly might be a good idea. It was very cheap. It worked wonders and was an amazing with no side effects. Still active the next day.
