August 10, 20178 yr I asked this question a while back and put it in the family and children section. It never got a response. Please keep this in general for a bit to yield more views and hopefully a response. We took this optional vaccine for our child recently. IPD and Rota virus vaccinne Has anyone done this and what did it cost and how many injections did it entail? When we were advised of this we were advised a fee of 3500 baht. Unfortunately it appears the cost of 3500 is per injection and the injection schedule is: 3 months 5 months 7 months 1 year Each injection is 3500 so total cost is 14000 baht. I have messaged a chap on here who has a child and opted for same vaccine and he is sure the figures we are paying are much higher than his experience. The leaflet that we requested prior to deciding is in thai and does explain the schedule but the cost of this optional service is not. Seems odd, we were not even given a receipt on the last visit, it was sweltering in this clinic so we hurried off. Our fault. Can anyone shed any light on this. Are these costs in line with your experiences?

August 11, 20178 yr Vaccination costs will vary by hospital. In Bangkok, this place (which tends to be very competititve in pricing) is 1,334 baht for rotavirus (I assume per injection) and 2,992 baht for IPD (Prevnar). https://www.medconsultasia.com/vaccinations You do not mention where you are located?
