Least expensive option likely to have a good ortho in Pattaya area would be Queen Sirikit Naval Hospital in Sattahip.

 

I would suggest however that you invest in a consultation with Dr. Panya at Bumrungrad in Bangkok first to see what the degree of injury is and what treatment is needed. IF surgery is required (not always the case) you would not want to do it at Bumrungrad but the consultation alone  (which might potentially save costly unnecessary treatment) will not cost much. Bring all films and scans with you.
