I bet if it were a couple of US army personal they would have had a helicopter winching that car out within hours. 

 

Nobody even knew they were missing for 2 or 3 days let alone where they went over.

 

Exactly the same would apply to US Army personnel as to the Thais.

 

You can't send a helicopter to winch the car out if you have NO IDEA where it is.

 

Are you personally qualified as the leader of a rescue team? Do you have intimate knowledge of the area in question? Do you have access to a heavy lift helicopter?

 

If you cannot answer yes to any of the questions why bother to post?
