What if you are late paying your monthly bill to 3bb? Do they cut you off immediately

or do you get a few days grace? thanks

A few months ago my wife was 1 day late paying 3BB, we got cut off immediately.

You will get a message in your browser. Then you have 7 days to pay before they cut you off.

I once paid our bill in a 7/eleven on the due date. The next bill i received was double our normal monthly rate. We queried it at a 3bb shop showing them the receipt and they checked an confirmed that they had received payment but it hadn't gone through in time when the next bill was generated. How many days that was I'm not sure but we never got cut off.
