Do they make you give contact info for previous partners if you test positive? 

An unhelpful reply has been removed.

 

The answer is No. They do not "make" you do anything.

 

And neither they nor anyone else in Thailand does active contact tracing for HIV or STDs.

 

If you test positive they will advice you to tell your contacts to get tested (as indeed you should).  That is the extent of it.
